- What you’ll need:
- 1/2 package premade sugar cookie dough
- 1 8-ounce cream cheese block softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Blueberries & Sliced Kiwi or seasonal fruit of choice
- Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Remove cream cheese from the fridge and let it soften.
- Form the crust. Cut cookie dough into 1/2 inch rounds pressing into sides and bottom of your state shaped skillet.
- Bake the cookie for 17 minutes until or until light brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- In a large bowl, add cream cheese and about 1/4 cup of powdered sugar. Using an electric beater (or a spoon and some elbow grease), beat the cream cheese and sugar until completely combined. Add the remaining powdered sugar and beat again until smooth.
- Once the cookie crust is cool, ice it with the cream cheese icing. Top with sliced fruit of your choice. Let cool in the fridge. Serve cold.
