Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your American Skillet Co. cast iron cookware and accessories! We stand behind the quality of our products. Here's our return policy:

General Returns:

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Exceptions:

Due to the nature of cast iron, we cannot accept returns on items that have been seasoned or used, unless they are defective.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Please contact us at info@americanskilletcompany.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions if your return is approved.

3. Packaging & Shipping: Carefully package the item to prevent damage during shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items or errors on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. If the item is in acceptable condition (unused and undamaged, or defective as claimed), we will process your refund within 30 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your cast iron arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact us immediately at info@americanskilletcompany.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
