What you’ll need:

½ lb ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
½ can condensed cream of mushroom soup
¼ c milk
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 c frozen tater tots
1 cherry tomato for garnish

Put it all together:

Cook ground beef and onion over medium heat, drain excess fat
Spread beef mixture evenly over the bottom of your greased state shaped skillet
Top with potatoes
Combine soup and milk in a small bowl and pour over potatoes
Sprinkle the top with cheese
Use the tomato to mark your special spot in the state!
Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through

For a spicy variation:
Stir in ½ can of chopped green chilies, drained and ½ tsp. Cayenne pepper to mushroom soup mixture
