Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship all of our packages via consumer choice of USPS Priority or UPS Ground, from our headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin.
New orders go out within 1-2 business days from the date of your order, unless there is a Holiday Season or dangerous weather conditions that compromise our ability to get the packages out within our targeted time frame.
PACKING SLIPS, RECIEPTS & MESSAGES:
We do not include packing slips or order receipts with order details, product pricing or buyer information in any of our packing for online orders. If your purchase is a gift for someone special, and you wish for your recipient to know who the package is from, please consider filling out our “gift message” form during your order checkout, to ensure your message gets included into the box. All of our gift messages are hand-written and included inside the gift box per each skillet.
HOLIDAY ORDERS
USPS Priority Mail cut-off dates for Domestic shipments suggest Dec. 21st, (4 days before Christmas) to be the last day for packages to go out. UPS 3-Day Select services require packages to leave by Dec. 19th, (6 days before Christmas), for deliveries by Christmas. Allow an additional 2-3 business days for us to receive and package your order during Holiday season, if you plan on a delivery before Christmas.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are where we put your logo onto the backside of our skillet, and involve an order quantity of 100 or more. These projects will have longer lead times before they will ship. We will assess the best method of shipment, including vendor or LTL freight, and estimate our shipping time frames and costs on a case by case basis, depending on the size and complexity of the order. Shipping charges include all packaging and handling expenses needed to get your order safely out the door.
RETURNED ORDERS
If your order’s package is returned back to us, we will happily send it out again, however you will be asked for a new address and extra shipping.
RETURN POLICY:
Though we never want anyone to be unhappy or dissatisfied with their purchases of products from our store, we understand there might be situations out there that warrant a return.
In the event you receive our product and are not 100% satisfied with it, we are happy to offer these terms below:
*First, please contact us at Orders@AmericanSkilletCompany.com, or through our contact form, to tell us a little more about what happened or offer feedback and reason for the return.
*Refunds for any returned items will be offered ONLY if the item is absolutely unused and is safely delivered back to American Skillet Company headquarters, at the customer’s return shipping expense.
*Returned packages must be securely packed in original packaging if applicable, or in a manner that protects the item(s) from shifting around in the box while in transit.
*We are NOT responsible for items lost or broken in transit… We will review the situation for broken or lost packages on a case by case basis, and send out replacements or refunds, as may be requested, as necessary.
*Sale items and custom orders are FINAL SALES. Sorry, No exceptions.
