Delivery Policy
All orders will be shipped with-in 5 to 10 business days upon receipt of order. Delays due to product availability will be communicated at the time of order. Orders will ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail, UPS, or Fed Ex. Normal delivery is 3 – 5 days from date of shipping. Special shipping requests can be accommodated if mentioned at the time the order is placed. Shipping cost are calculated into the total sale based on the published rates.

Return Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please let us know by calling us at 608-308-1113. Should you encounter any product from American Skillet Company that fails to perform according to specifications, contact us at 608-308-1113 immediately. If found to be defective in either material or workmanship, we will gladly credit your account or replace the product at no charge. In order to better maintain our standard of quality, we reserve the right to inspect any defective product. We are committed to your satisfaction.
