What you’ll need:

1/2 c frozen corn
1/2 c diced red pepper
1 c pepper jack cheese
4 Tbsp sour cream
4 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 green onions chopped, green part only

Put it all together:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Saute corn and pepper in pan until pepper is soft, about 3 minutes.  In medium sized bowl combine remaining ingredients.  Stir in corn and pepper and place in state shaped skillet. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly.  Serve with your favorite chip!
