What you’ll need:
1/2 package pre-made sugar cookie dough
1 8-ounce cream cheese block softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 c Blueberries & Sliced Kiwi or seasonal fruit of choice
Put it all together:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Remove cream cheese from fridge and let soften.
Form the crust. Cut cookie dough into 1/2 inch rounds pressing into sides and bottom of your state shaped skillet.
Bake the cookie for 17 minutes until or until light brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
In a large bowl, add cream cheese and about 1/4 cup of powdered sugar. Using an electric beater (or a spoon and some elbow grease), beat the cream cheese and sugar until completely combined. Add the remaining powdered sugar and beat again until smooth.
Once cookie crust is cool, ice it with the cream cheese icing. Top with sliced fruit of your choice. Let cool in fridge. Serve cold.
