What you’ll need:

¼ c unsalted butter, melted
1/3 c brown sugar
1 egg white
1 t vanilla
1/3 c + 1T flour
1/4 t baking soda
¼ t salt
¾ c old fashioned rolled oats
¼ c caramel bits
¼ c chocolate chips

Put it all together:

Melt butter. Add brown sugar, egg white and vanilla. Whisk together for a minute.

Add flour, baking soda, salt and oats; mix well. Pour approximately three-quarters

of the batter into skillet.

Place caramel bits on top and then the chocolate chips. Slightly press into batter.

Add remaining batter as dollops on top of all.

Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
