What you’ll need:

Filling:
2 1/4 c blueberries
3 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp corn starch
1/4 tsp lemon juice
Topping:
1/4 c all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp rolled oats
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp butter

Put it all together:

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.  In a small bowl, combine filling ingredients and put in your state shaped skillet.  Place in oven for 30 minutes covered.

Combine flour, oats and sugar in a small bowl.  Work the butter into the dry ingredients with your hands until it is crumbly.  Remove pan from oven and carefully add topping. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.  Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving
